Privacy notice
This notice explains what information Vector Worx, LLC (“Vector Worx”, “we”), a Tennessee limited liability company, collects through this website, vectorworx.io, and what we do with it. It covers the website and its “Start a project” request form.
The short version
- We collect what you type into the request form, and we use it to reply to you.
- We don't run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site.
- We don't sell your personal information.
- Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which loads only when you reach the form.
What we collect
What you submit in the request form: your name and email address (required), and optionally your company, website, role, areas of interest, timeline, budget range, and the message you write. We also record that you agreed to this notice, and the time the request was sent.
Technical information needed to run and protect the site: like any website, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser type and request timestamps to deliver pages, defend against abuse and limit repeated requests. When you send the form, our server also uses your IP address to complete the spam check and to limit repeated submissions.
Please don't include passwords, payment details or confidential data in the form. If a project involves sensitive information, we'll agree a suitable way to handle it with you directly.
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated spam. Turnstile loads from Cloudflare's servers when you scroll near the form, and processes information from your browser and device to run its check. Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. If Turnstile cannot load, the form cannot be sent.
How your request is delivered
When you send the form, its contents are delivered to us by email. Depending on configuration, delivery is handled by Google (through a Google Apps Script service connected to our Google email account) or by Resend, Inc., an email delivery provider. Our email itself is hosted by Google. These providers process the message only to deliver and store it on our behalf.
We may also send a short, automatic confirmation to the email address you entered. That confirmation contains fixed text only; it never repeats your message or other details you typed.
How we use it
- To read and reply to your request, and to discuss a possible project with you.
- To protect the form and site from spam and abuse.
- To keep an ordinary record of our business correspondence.
We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
We keep request emails for as long as we need them to respond and for our business records. If we don't go on to work together, we aim to delete them within 24 months of our last contact. Where we do work together, project correspondence is kept for the life of the engagement and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Sharing
We share your information only with the service providers described above (Cloudflare for hosting and spam protection, Google and Resend for email), each acting on our behalf, or where the law requires it. We don't sell or rent personal information.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), server-side validation of every form field, and limits on repeated submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, use the project request form and start your message with “Privacy request”. We'll reply to the email address you provide, and we may need to confirm it's really you before acting on the request.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
